Golden Lamb Publishing is committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines how refunds and returns are handled for products sold directly by us and for products purchased through affiliate links to third-party retailers.


1. Products Sold Directly by Golden Lamb Publishing

Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All digital sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed

  • No refunds or exchanges are offered, except where required by law

For EU customers, statutory rights apply as outlined below.


EU Right of Withdrawal (Digital Products)

If you are an EU consumer:

  • You have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period

  • This right is waived once digital delivery begins

By purchasing and accessing digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal.


Physical Products (Books and Merchandise)

Physical products sold directly by Golden Lamb Publishing may be eligible for return only if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The issue is reported within 14 days of delivery

To request a return, contact admin@goldenlambpublishing.ca with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence (if applicable)

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.


2. Affiliate Products and Third-Party Purchases

Golden Lamb Publishing participates in affiliate marketing programs, including but not limited to Amazon and other third-party retailers.

Important Notice

  • We do not sell, ship, or fulfill affiliate products

  • We do not process payments for affiliate purchases

  • We cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for affiliate products

When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, the transaction is completed directly with the third-party retailer.


Refunds & Returns for Affiliate Products

All refund requests, returns, exchanges, warranties, or customer service inquiries for affiliate products must be directed to the retailer from whom the product was purchased, such as:

  • Amazon

  • Other third-party online stores

Each retailer has its own refund, return, and customer service policies, which apply to your purchase.

Golden Lamb Publishing assumes no responsibility or liability for:

  • Order fulfillment

  • Shipping delays

  • Product defects

  • Refund decisions

  • Retailer policies or practices


3. Pricing, Availability, and Accuracy

Prices, availability, and product descriptions for affiliate items are provided by third-party retailers and may change at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information but do not guarantee accuracy for affiliate product listings.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund through Golden Lamb Publishing:

  • Digital downloads once delivered

  • Affiliate products purchased from third-party retailers

  • Promotional or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
