📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most physical book orders are delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Seasonal volume

 

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and fulfillment method. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Will I receive tracking information?

If tracking is available through the carrier, it will be provided once your order ships.

 

💻 Digital Products

How are digital books delivered?

Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, downloads) are delivered electronically after purchase.

You will receive:

  • A download link
  • Or access through your account/email confirmation

 

Can I share my digital purchase with others?

No. Digital products are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing is not permitted.

 

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Digital sales are final once delivered or accessed.

For EU customers: A 14-day withdrawal right applies unless digital delivery has already begun with your consent.

Can I return a physical book?

Physical products may be eligible for return if damaged or defective upon arrival.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 14 days and provide photos of the damage. We will review the request and provide next steps.

 

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

 

🛒 Affiliate Products (Amazon & Other Retailers)

What if I purchased a product through an affiliate link?

If you clicked a link on our Website and purchased through Amazon or another retailer, your order is processed directly by that retailer.

Golden Lamb Publishing:

  • Does not fulfill affiliate orders
  • Does not process affiliate payments
  • Cannot issue refunds for affiliate products

All refund or return requests must be directed to the retailer where the purchase was completed.

 

Why can’t you process my affiliate refund?

Affiliate purchases are separate transactions between you and the third-party retailer. Their policies govern shipping, returns, and refunds.
